Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and must also be in the original packaging. Regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If items were purchased by friends/family members and were shipped to you as a gift, ONLY the primary purchaser has the right to apply for a refund.
Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items
Several types of items are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods, food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Gift cards, downloadable software, eBooks products, and certain health and personal care items are also non-returnable. Some goods are only partially refundable, such as items with signs of use; open Splotch books; opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records; and products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not related to our errors. We may issue store credit for items that do not meet our return conditions or lack evidence to support the reason for return.
Damages and Exchanges
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately. If your items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] right away. We will evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly. For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase if available in-person.
Shipping

If you are shipping an item over $50, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and you will receive your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process refunds.
